Fitbit app won't open

Fitbit app won't open. Worked fine this morning. I have uninstalled and re installed but still nothing. Have turned off phone,watch etc.

Sorry to see that you're having issues with the Fitbit app. 

When you try to open the Fitbit app, what do you see?

What phone/mobile device are you using? What version of Android is on the mobile device?

I just get a blank screen. 

I'm using a Moto g55, 5g on Android 15.

This issue has been escalated. The team is actively working on fixing this problem. 

I've seen other users report that uninstalling and re-installing has fixed the problem for them. Please try this and see if it works for you.

In the meantime, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I was a little apprehensive in case I lost all the data, but all seems ok now.

Is the issue because there is a new version and the phone doesn't want to recognise it.
