I am giving my Blaze to my daughter but when she goes to the app and set up her information, the app tells her it is unable to download the app at the moment.  Anyone else have this issue and how an I have it resolved?  Do I need to put in payment information when she first downloads the app?

@kanunu84, the Fitbit app is free, and does not require any payment.  What phone is she using to install the app?  Is she using the Google Play Store to download/install the app?
