I wonder how I can see the time I need per kilometer when running (average pace/kilometer) in the app?

Start the run from phone app (exercise tile, click stopwatch top left) and choose voice cues.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

did you encounter issues with tracking the distance, i.e. GPS not
functioning?
went for a run for 55 minutes with distance 0,6 km ...
