App updated now having trouble syncing

My android app updated 2 days ago. And since then, it doesn't find my tracker. I can sync it on my Ipad and then it will eventually update on my phone. I have turned my bluetooth off and back on. Super aggravating since I don't carry my Ipad with me. I rely on my phone for my Fitbit activity. Any other suggestions I can try? Thanks for helping!

EDIT-I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit App. I also upaired it to pair again and now it will not pair to my bluetooth.

Hi, it looks like there are many people who have similar issues. While Fitbit is a great concept, their software solutions are really baggy. I have a similar problem with my tracker, but with having several trials I have found some solution for me. Thank you for responding, however, my Fitbit still does not sync to my android phone. I spent nearly an hour on chat and have tried everything....nothing works!

My bluetooth finally found my Fitbit, but still will not sync. I am afraid to remove it from my bluetooth since I had so much trouble reconnecting it. 

I still think it is an issue with the latest android app update. It is extremely aggravating and frustrating, especially when I do not have any issues with it syncing to my Ipad.
