Downloaded app to me Droid Turbo.  Set up seemed to go well.  Now app will not start.  Reinstalled but no help.  Message is "Unfortunately, Fitbit has stopped."

Welcome to the Forums @thehobler.

Thanks for trying to reinstall the app and letting us know that it didn't resolve the issue.

I have had something similar happen to me in the past with some apps. It could be because of where it is installed on the phone. If the app is installed on an external location (and SD card for example) this can happen. Let's try to check if it is installed externally and, if it is, move it to the phone's internal memory. Click here to find some instructions on how to do it.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
