I am sending a friend, friend requests and i do not get theirs and they do not get mine and I post in a group so they could see my profile and they hit the add button and nothing happened please help. It is acting like I have them blocked but I have no one on my blocked list

That sounds quite bothersome. Thanks for trying to have your friend add you on top of you trying to do it yourself.

 

It is possible that either one of you has too many friends added at the moment. I'd recommend that you try to delete some friends, both of you, that you might not mind not having in Fitbit and then trying it once again. There've been cases where doing this helps out.
