I have a Moto E(4) and Android 7.1.1. My Charge 3 is connected to my app and the app has all permissions on. The widget indicates the tracker is syncing with the app, but every time I go into the app it shows none of the data from my tracker. When I try to manually sync it does nothing for a couple tries until it gives me a "Bluetooth Connectivity Issues" message.
This issue only began after I did a firmware update on my tracker in late December.
I have reset my Bluetooth. I have removed all other Bluetooth devices from my phone and restarted the phone and tracker. I have cleared my user data from my tracker and unpaired/repaired it with the app three times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app as many times, as well. And nothing seems to work.
Any ideas?

@KRohl It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't properly syncing with your phone. It seems that you have tried most of the suggested troubleshoots. Try resetting the network connections on your phone (search in the settings area). Sometimes a factory reset on your phone helps as other members have commented on this but it is up to you to do this. Since you have a Charge 3 you can try doing a factory reset on it too.
Let me know how it goes!
