App won't save the tracked map

Since last year I've had random trouble with saving the maps it's tracking in the app. I've checked several times while walking and it's tracking all the time, but when I'm ending the walk, the map is gone.  I don't pause while I'm out since I know that's a common problem.

I use android and the app is up to date.

Hello @annchristin86.

Thanks for bringing this up and making sure that everything is working correctly.

In this case I'd like to ask you some questions:

• Could you share a screenshot of what you see on the exercise page?
• While the map is gone, is the activity still logged?
• What Fitbit  are you using to track your activities?

In the meantime, I'd like to recommend that you log out of your account and then log back in. That will force all data to be loaded from the servers once again and should display everything correctly.
