I just switched from a Charge 2 to a Charge 3 and at first, my Samsung Galaxy 9 would find my Charge 3 but would not pair. I unpaired my Charge 2 and then my Samsung would not even find my Charge 3. I have turned my Bluetooth Off and On and it will not find my Charge 3. I have turned my cell phone on and off and it will not find my Charge 3.
What can I do to get them paired?

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing all of the steps that you have tried so far. Congratulations on your new Charge 3!
In this case I'd like to ask you if you are running the setup through the Fitbit app directly or you are trying to pair your Fitbit to your phone via the phone's Bluetooth settings? Please keep in mind that the Fitbit devices can only be paired through the Fitbit app. You can click here to find instructions on how to run the set up of a new Fitbit to your account.
