Fitbit app does not list swimming in Advanced Settings

I have just switched from a Charge 2 to a Charge 3. I read that I should be able to enter my pool length in Advanced Settings but I don't see Swimming listed. I have removed the Charge 2 from the app and uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app on both my laptop and Samsung Galaxy 9. Neither app lists swimming under Advanced Settings.

Is there a special Fitbit app for the Charge 3?

Hello @eerjr and @JohnnyRow.

@JohnnyRow Thanks for being around to help! @eerjr I'd like to add to the post above.

In addition to the link that @JohnnyRow shared, and after replying on your other thread about the Charge 3 not pairing to your account, the Charge 3 has to be paired to your account so that you get access to these settings.

I hope you find this useful. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
