App won't show Charge HR heart rate?

I had just got the app yesterday and synced my Charge HR, and it's not showing the heart rate on the app, yet the tracker shows it. Does it take a while for it to sync the heart rate to the app at all? Or is the app being stubborn with me?

Okay, never mind, I figured it out. But the other problem is that my resting heart rate shows "-- bpm". How do I get my resting heart rate?
