Hi @Bonnis79  you've had two Fitbit Moderators reply to your posts and they've been merged in one thread, so it's all in one place. Exactly what is it you want? You'll have to explain a bit better if you want someone to understand you. All I know is it's about apps.

Hi @Bonnis79  you keep posting the same thing, but you're not explaining much to those who have tried to assist. Fitbit can't help what a developer charges for their app.

So, once again, what's going on? Also, you seem to have trouble with the language. What's your native language? We have forums in many languages and one might be easier for you.

@Bonnis79  you trying to find your phone with an app? Fitbit doesn't make all the apps that are out there. Other developers make and put apps out there for sale or free. What is it you're trying to do? We are trying to understand.
