My suggesting is that Fitbit start making firmware updates regularly so that new fitbit devices actually work with new phones. Fix the time loss issue. Fix the syncing issues. It is ridiculous that I have a new Fitbit and a new phone and I can only sync on average one in every 20 trys and then my Fitbit is losing time, up to over and hour, between syncs. A $2 watch from the dollarstore can keep time , why can't my almost $200 Fitbit keep time as well?

I have a Samsung A70 phone and a Fitbit Charge 3. I haven't worn my Fitbit or tried to sync for days now due to these issues.

@Nykkee i thought your request was rather clear as the problems are relatively widespread.
@LizzyFitbit I'm in the same boat as @Nykkee however I have completely different devices and operating system. I'm an iOS user and have a flex/charge2/blaze and am having trouble getting them to sync. Also the help article provided didn't help me,

Not possible to synk my Charge 4 to my HTC 10 phone.
Works with Samsung S7 but not every time.
And why is it not possible to sync to a Bluetooth equipped PC running Windows 10?
