Are any Apps required for Sleep Information?

Are any of the following Apps required for logging Sleep data:

Exercise, ECG, EDA Scan, SpO2.

I tend to remove unnecessary Apps as they just confuse the use of the device as a watch. Do any of these Apps produce extra data or do they just process data that is stored anyway in a different way?

.Nothing can be removed.

OK. The word used in Gallery is Uninstall, not Remove.  If I Uninstall all four of the Apps I have named, will It affect Sleep tracking? Do any of these Apps produce extra data or do they just process data that is stored anyway?

I didn't realize they were even listed as apps.  If it lets you uninstall them, then sure, go ahead and try.  I wouldn't expect they would affect sleep tracking.

Hello @WyckeWatcher

SpO2 is one of the Health Metrics that is tracked during sleep. So, you might want to keep that one.

Considering that Fitbits are fitness trackers & out of curiosity, is there a reason why you would want to remove the Exercise app?

Just to keep everything simple.  Every additional app is something else for the Fitbit to get stuck on when all I want at that moment is to know what time it is!  Sliding right works occasionally. Pressing the button once in a 100.
