I cannot contact customer support. I need help.

I subscribed my Fitbit Inspire 3 to premium so I could tune the device to my preferences. I can't  get anyone one the phone and the chat is useless. I get some robot named Anthony that threatens to hang up before I can relate the problem. Then when I get a short version entered it misses the problem description completely.  I think I am talking to a computer that is preprogrammed. I still have a simple problem and I feel like I through my premium subscription in the trash. I just need a little help.

One option is to describe your problem issue here.  Some people here can be helpful.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
