My charge 3 display screen no longer turns on when I turn my wrist like it used to. Am I missing something?

Hold in side button a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle on or off.

That would be great if I could see my screen!  It is so faint I have to be in a dark room to see it!  Last Fitbit I'll ever buy.
