Hi, I've recently upgraded phones from a Samsung to a Huawei Nova 5t. Since then my fitbit app keeps saying: "notification service not working. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker". I restart my phone but still no luck. I have to uninstall the fitbit app and then re-install it. But even then the same message comes after a day!! My phone does not need any updating! Anyone else has anything similar?? If so how do you fix it?! Thanks

i have just got notifications running by turning off Manuel settings in phone system, App, Fitbit settings

I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with the notifications feature of your Fitbit device. To further investigate, can you please send me a screenshot of the notifications settings from the Messages app of the Fitbit app? This way I'll be able to verify that all the settings are correctly configured. Also, let's make sure power management is disabled for the Firbit app.

I have exactly same issue. Checked all settings, even done a factory reset and no joy!
I've had this watch since January, Notifications have never been up and running. I did a test call which worked. As mentioned above and illustrated in picture the app said restart phone to enable notivations. Never works.
