I have started tracking an exercise ( run) and get pace info and heart rate zones afterwards but I cant see heart rate data like a graph or just average heart rate for the run. Im on Android. Is there a way to get that info as the zones are too wide for me to get any benefit or accurate measurement- thanks!!

Your run should show up in the Activity pane if it was recorded. Click on it and scroll it down. It should give you the data you're asking for. If you run your finger along the heart rate graph it will give you instantaneous values.
If your exercise isn't there, do a sync. If it still isn't there, make sure you started it on your watch. I don't trust auto start

Thanks! I have the activity pane. it shows my heart rate zones and average pace etc. Was just hoping for average heart rate during the run. But the graph does show the rate at a point in time which helps- thanks!

Look in the Activity Pane. It should be between Exercise Days and Active Zone Minutes.

Have you tried scrolling down the screen? My heart data shows after calories.
