Why doesn't the fitbit b-smart feature on the fitbit app??

I'm not familiar with 'B smart'  but if that is a third-party app, I believe they are the ones to set up working with Fitbit.  I suggest contacting then about working with Fitbit.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
