I weigh myself daily and my BMI has been calculating fine until a couple days ago, it suddenly dropped to zero and records as zero every time I enter a weight either manually or through my aria air, on my android app. On the fitbit.com website it is fine. On the android app it is zero.
Found some old posts from users with the same issue but no clear solution so I wanted to share what seems to have fixed it.
Things I tried:
Logged in to fitbit.com dashboard. BMI looked fine. Didn't fix it on the app.
Rebooted aria air. Didn't fix it.
Logged out of app, logged back in. Didn't fix it.
Cleared app cache On my phone. Didn't fix it.
Restarted my phone. Seems to have fixed it. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me but there you have it.
