I am using Fitbit andriod app for years for my running. But from this Monday, the running activity could not recorded.

There is no error showing during Start Execise, Pause and Finish. But after finish there is no records at all.

Does anyone have the same issue and any solutions for this?

Actually it happened from last Sunday. I run on the morning(APAC time), but fitbit did not record. The last record is Run on 16 May.

My app recording has become totally erratic. Calories per exercise ridiculous, heart rate graph not showing, daily calorie allowance enough for a baby.

What an earth is happening? I've been a Fitbit user for many years. Just about coping with the new 'simpler' design but now it's gone crazy with the stats.

I have tried re loading the app to no avail.

HELP NEEDED please 🥺 🙏 🥺
