I'm unable to reset the time/day. I've had my watch off for over a week & I put it on yesterday, woke up this morning & it's 3 hrs off & 2 days behind. How do I reset it? It doesn't seem to be syncing with my phone either. ????

Hi @DebHB You can't set the time or date manually on these devices. That actually comes from the compatible phone or tablet used to sync. Things have been changing over the years.
