BMR doesnt register hourly or by days end

Inspire2 does not include any BMR calories burned.

Why do you say that?  Look at your calories burned chart overnight when you are asleep.  Does it show any calories burned then?  If so, they are your BMR calories.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It shows 100 calories as a bmr for the entire day.

But where are you getting that number from?  I don't know any place it lists BMR calories separately?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
