@SunsetRunner, I am not sure what you mean by "reset app", but the data is not stored on the phone (app) nor computer - it is stored on the Fitbit server, and when you open the app it refreshes the screen from the server database. Neither updating, removing & reinstalling, nor deleting the app will eliminate the data stored on the server.

Please provide us more information about your situation so we can further assist you, maybe you are login in with a different email address and that is why you don't see your information, because it should be saved.
