Badges not reflecting number of steps in account

Lifetime badges are not reflecting the steps I have completed.

Welcome to the Forums @AshishBasu.

 

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on and ask some questions about this.

 

  • Could you share a bit more on what is going on?
  • How did you notice? What specific badge is missing or not being awarded?
  • What is the total number of steps you have logged to this day?

In the meantime I'd recommend logging out of the app and then logging back in. That should force the information to be loaded up once again and might correct the missing badges.
