I have an Android S7 and the barcode reader does not scan. Does this need syncing too.

Hi @Bravo56, sorry to say but if you are not in the USA it ain't gonna work at all.

If you are in the states I apologise for saying "welcome to how the rest of the world feels".

Fitbit don't seem to want to rectify this situation. Good luck.

I not happy cause I cant use the barcode scanner in Australia so I would like to return this fitbit cause this is no use to me.
