Battery and syncing

Have been unable to sync my fitbit to my phone since last Wednesday. It keeps saying check Bluetooth which I've done and it's fine. Now saying battery low. It's been charged and is showing fully charged but not according to the phone. Any ideas please ?

What on earth is going on with fit bit!!?? I have a versa and no other way of syncing but my LG G5 phone. 3 days ago it had trouble syncing up but i also had a new firmware message. Tried to update thinking that was the prob. Nope...would not update. Had a message there was an app update so did that and now nothing works. Cant sync. Cant use blutooth. Doesnt like my wireless. Message on the message boards say they know there is a problem ... Today no such message but still nothing is fixed. Ive tried restarting, reinstalling and all that jazz. Getting nowhere.

Glad I'm not the only one with problems. Was beginning to think that maybe it was me !!!! Fitbit says battery is fully charged, phone says it isn't !!!!
