Hi. 

On Friday my screen started flicking between pages and constantly vibrating. It drained to 0% in a few hours. Now it only works when charged fully but then dies within 2 hours to zero. Also not recording heart rate or sleep.Less than 10 months old. Help!

When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Hi. It started on Friday as the screen kept flashing and vibrating and then died. I have charged it several times since and get about 4 hours before it is dead again.I have been told to charge and then sync 6 times in the day and note when it drains and I am doing this today. The red light is on all the time so my wrist is glowing! I have read that this rarely ends well and most people get theirs replaced if in warrenty, which mine is.ThanksLisaSent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
