I am P. Santhi Prakash from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Charge HR buy in Reliance Retail Ltd., Visakhapatnam. I warranty still 03/10/17. But HR was not charging. Please exchange my HR. What should I will do

Hi there @prakashp2010, thank you for joining the Fitbit Community! Note that we are not able to handle any request for replacement or review for warranty status through the Fitbit Community! Nonetheless I saw you are having issues with the battery of your Charge HR.
Why don't you give a try to the following suggestions I have shared in this post.
I was happy to reach out to our Support Team and they were able to confirm that they're currently working to reach a resolution with you. I recommend following up with them and then letting me know how it turns out.
