But the route tracking has disappearedBut the route tracking has disappeared

I need the route tracking as shown in picture1. It disappeared as you can see. Please help. I have a Charge 2, Samsung S4 gt-i9151. Off course my GPS is turned on. The bike route (as in Strava) is most important for me, together with the heart rate.  

I really need help with this.

Are these the same bike rides?

It sounds like you are saying that the bike event has the route showing then the next time you brought the ride up the route had disappeared. Is this so?

Hi, sorry for not replying sooner, I didn't get a notification of your respond. 

To answer your question: no, these aren't the same rides, on the mentioned wednesday the route was implemented, by Google Maps. But the day after, when I had a new ride, it didn't implement it no more. I didn't change anything in the FB app or on the phone, and both days I had my GPS on (shown by an icon in the top of the mobile). 

Is my GPS actually working, one could be wondering. Yes, it is, cause Strava is recording the route perfectly. So my conclusion is that it's something in the Charge 2 or FB app (or both?)?? Hope to hear from you, thank you for responding and looking for solutions. The Charge2 is important for registering my heartrate while biking, important information (so far, I have too much 'peak').

I'm still trying to figure out what is ment by "the route was implemented, by Google", and what this has to do with Fitbit. 

 

So as far as I can tell, something works someday but the same something doesn't work on other days, but I have no idea what that something is.
