Been about a week and my versa still not syncing

 Please create an app update!! I don't make barely any money and saved hard to have the versa. It's very frustrating that is not working currently. I barely can get it to sync every now and then only when put on the charger. This is not acceptable. I love to run and the gps tracking is definitely not accurate. It won't even connect to my phone at all during the run. It's making me so upset. I shouldn't have to settle for these issues. Please will the runners of Fitbit do SOMETHING?!!!

@Lorax777 Hi Again - As promised on the other thread I will try to give you some suggestions that may help - you may have already tried some and there is no guarantee that any of them will work but it will tick boxes on trying to troubleshoot

 

for the Syncing issues you could try disabling Bluetooth for 15-20 seconds then reactivate and perform a force sync (normally from the dashboard drag down from top of screen) (this is for a mobile platform)

have you seen these articles reference GPS

 

Does my device have GPS and  Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device - please note you may have to have your phone on Mobile data for the GPS connections to remain constant if not it may only track through company WiFi Areas

 

see if any of those help for now and let us know how you get on

I am having the same issue and it is totally bumming me out. All my data is just out of wack now it has been going on for about 2 weeks. I already tried all the things suggested and nothing is working. Please help!!!

@ElianaBailey Hi and Welcome - if none of the below has worked for you - have you tried to restart your device (was part of the sync issues article) you may need to do this 2-3 time in a row for it to work out any indescrepencies - try the following link for instruction to restart device Restart Tracker 

failing that it may be worth giving support a call as they will be able to go deeper into this than we can in the community

 

customer support phone number will appear once the office is open (usually 0800 - 1900 Mon-Fri and 1000 - 1700 weekends in the UK)

This is for the UK but should you need to change country scroll to the bottom and look for United Kingdom with a down arrow next to it and click on the arrow now you can select your relevant country and the page will refresh
