Track Exercise stopped auto recognition

The "Track Exercise" on the dashboard stopped auto recognition of exercise. The active minutes show up in the upper part of the dashboard but have to manually input into weekly tracker even though auto recognition is turned on. My Mom is having the same problem. We both have the Charge HR 2. We tried restarting our fitbits, logging out and back into the app. Is anyone else having this issue or have a solution for a fix?20190305_175146.jpg

@partinator  Welcome! It's great to see you around! Thank you for your inquiry. I would like to clarify that active minutes won't show on the Weekly activity tracker. Only logged activities (by your tracker, or manually entered on your account) will show here. Are you doing an specific exercise that isn't being recognized? Could you add more information about this? Also share a screenshot of your logged activities.

I look forward to your reply.
