I already have the Bitmoji on my fitbit. My issue is updating the avatar on my fitbit after making changes. It just keeps saying.."Connected. Preparing to teleport" but it never does. I know it says it could take a while. I waited 2 hrs, restarte my fitbit, restarted my phone but it still won't update. I have the latest updates on my fitbit and my phone. Pls advice.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting, the details shared in your post are also appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this inconvenience and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? to learn more about the Bitmoji integration. I suggest you to change the Bitmoji clock face for a Fitbit one and then reinstall it again to see if this fix the update issue.

I am having this same issue. I have walked through all the steps on the "how to". All apps up to date and connected. Restarted phone, delete app, add again, reconnect, e.t.c. the image of my Bitmoji in the Fitbit app is correct but it won't "teleport" to my Versa. I have disconnected and reconnected more times than I can count over several weeks. I'm on an up to date Samsung Galaxy 8+. When I first downloaded the clock face it would update but it just won't anymore. In addition, I have some blank spaces where the sticker should be. Almost like the pixels are missing. Other stickers will be fine.

Thank you Ricardo! I've done all that, restarted, uninstall, reinstall, etc. But no matter what, my fitbit avatar wont update. It stays on "teleporting" but nothing happens. I have since just uninstalled bitmoji from my device and just changed my clockface.

I'm having the same problem as Melanie and have tried everything you suggested and it still won't update. I'm on Samsung Galaxy S22.
