Bitmoji clock face will not update - Fitbit app

I updated my bitmoji and the changes do not reflect on my fitbit. I've uninstalled and reinstalled snapchat, fitbit and bitmoji and the changes are still from the older bitmoji. The current versions I have installed are as follows: fitbit 3.51.1 (20263635)

Bitmoji 11.55.0.9371

Snapchat 11.56.1.35

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you regarding the Bitmoji feature on your Fitbit app. Thanks for explaining. I recommend that you try the tips in the following article: How do I troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?. Here you find instructions on how to reestablish the connection between your Fitbit account and other apps. I would remove Snapchat/Bitmoji from my Fitbit account and set it up again.
