Bitmoji won't teleport some gear

My bitmoji will sync every outfit I've tried, except NFL Browns. Wondering if anybody else has had problems with certain gear not syncing? The bitmoji app shows the outfit I've chosen but syncs something different to my watch. Other costumes teleport perfectly. I have a Versa.

In this case I'd like to recommend that get in touch with Snapchat directly to check what might be happening with the NFL outfit. I'm sure that they will be more than happy to help you figure out what is going on.

I am the same with the Lions!  I have tried several others and they all work.  The versa is not teleporting it correctly.

I have this issue too! I just changed mine into her Bills gear, but that did not teleport. Her hair and makeup are set to what I changed them to today, but not her outfit. It must be in the permissions been NFL-Bitmoji-Fitbit. I have a Versa 3.
