I have had my charge 3 since Christmas nothing hashort been wrong with it until twould days ago when black lines started to appear at the top of the screen. I just ignored it. Thanks about an hour ago the screen won't even turn on. I know it still works as it recognise being touched at its sensor and the heart sensor still works as it lights up. It has been nowhere near water and it really has not been pushed to its limits. And I only charge it once it hits 1% than charge it to 100%. What should I do? I have tried turning Bluetooth on and off and have tried to unpair and repair but cannot read the 4 digit code.

I'm having the same issue. Received the Charge 3 for Christmas, and yesterday the screen went black and can't get it back. I have read that this may be a recurring problem with the Charge 3. I've turned off and back on (as far as I can tell, it's difficult when there's no screen to confirm). I have green flashing lights on the back of mine and it does respond to me tapping on the left side, but the screen remains black. I've also charged it fully.
I called customer service today and the rep suggested I hold the left power button for 8 seconds while it was plugged into the USB on my laptop. When that didn't resolve the issue, she suggested holding the power button for 15 sedonds. Nothing. Then she asked me to unplug it from the charger, then reconnect. None of these troubleshooting suggestions worked, so the rep has given me a case number and escalated my case to the next department who will "email me to discuss warranty options." I CERTAINLY hope there are "warranty options" for a $100+ product that I've used for 26 days!

The same thing happened to me! I got mine for Christmas as well. I am very disappointed and hope there is a simple fix. The Fitbit is syncing with my phone and is fully charged.
