I have done all the updates. I have reset multiple times with not even the logo appearing at the end. Screen is still black I don't know what else to do the app says it's charging or charged but the screen will not come on

If your Fitbit isn’t fully charged, place it on its charger and wait for it to reach its total capacity. Also, please pay attention to the charging pins on the charging unit–they should be clean, even, and not pushed in.
