How can I fix,get rid of Conversation Ended when I try and message my friends privately,I've tried logging  out going to force stop as suggested didn't work help

@Superman1959 Nice to see you again in the forums. I will gladly help you regarding the private conversations with friends. 

Thanks for your initiative to solve this on your own. Would you be so kind to provide me with some screenshots and more details? When exactly does this message show? I just reviewed my private conversations and did not receive this message on screen. Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date.
