Black screen on opening the app

I'm using a pixel 9 pro and I've Fitbit premium. For the last couple of days the app isn't opening. When I open the app it's a black screen. I've tried everything from restarting the device, the app, uninstalling and installing it back, but it won't work. Need help here please. 🥺

Hi, @Deep91, Welcome to the community. When you say you have a "Black Screen" I assume this is on your phone. Can you please tell us which device you are using? If you have a Pixel Watch, you can sync it via the Watch app.

When you carried out the Delete/reload procedure, did you follow this process? Restart your Fitbit device. Sync your Fitbit app by sliding your finger down the "Today" screen & releasing (If you can). Go to your phone's settings > Apps > Fitbit > Force stop>clear storage>uninstall. RESTART YOUR PHONE. Go to the Play Store and reload the Fitbit app, log in with your Google account & set up your device again, if you synced at the beginning; your data will be safe.

Please post here again & let us know how you get on.

Cheers

It looks like this issue might be related to compatibility with the latest Android update. You could try waiting for a patch from Fitbit, as they usually address these kinds of bugs pretty quickly. In the meantime, using the web version to check your stats could be a good workaround so you’re not completely stuck. I also recommend this service, it is perfect for relaxation.

Hello @ChristosD

What web version are you referring to? If you are talking about the fitbit.com dashboard, that was discontinued sometime ago. Although you can still access the fitbit.com website, there's no Fitbit data there.
