Versa 4 daily climb badges not working

I have read topics on this subject going back to 2022. Fitbit Versa 4 Android App. Floors are recognized in the Versa 4 and the app on my Samsung Android phone, but the badges do not unlock.

Why is this still an issue?

Hello @AengusDuff 

The floor badges haven't been working since the first major revision of the Fitbit app last year. The team is aware of the issue, but it doesn't seem to be a priority item. 

For now, you can use the Feedback option in the Fitbit app to report the issue:

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts and submit

The feedback reports are received by the team for review.
