Black screen-stopped working won't charge

Noticed my Fitbit was very quiet, thought it was dead because of black screen. Attempted charging, nothing; even after leaving it all night and day. Tried Youtube, nothing. Device doesn't even flash on back. Should I return or ia there something else to try?

Mine is doing the same thing since the update! Ready to throw in the garbage & never use Fitbit again!!

I have had that happen a few times. I think it is because of needing to be cleaned. The back (where it connects with the charger), and the small metal prongs).

Change clock face to reboot. Once done then you can change the clock face back to what you like. Has worked for me in the past.
