Blank/black screen when tapping Today section

To change my clock face, it says I need to tap the Today tab > profile picture > device image then select Clock Faces.  When I tap the Today tab at the bottom center of the screen, nothing comes up.  No picture, etc.  Any suggestions to resolve this problem would be appreciated.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the Android App board, since I think that here you will be able to see more topics related to the Fitbit app.

 

Now about the issue you are experiencing, can you please provide me with a screenshot of this? In the meantime, check that your Fitbit app is updated by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I update the app to the latest version?.
