Blank home Screen on Android

I have been having trouble seeing the options on the home screen on the Fitbit app. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app and cannot sign in now.

I had the same issue. Everything went blank. I logged out, not I can't sing back in (Using Google Sign In).

I tried to uninstall the Charge 5 and it said Fitbit.com is down for maintenance. It's been over an hour since my last sync.

I'm not even getting a 'down for maintenance ' alert. Just a 'Something went wrong...go back' notification

That's what I get now after talking to Fitbit tech support and they had me uninstall and reinstall the app from my phone.

BTW...friend of mine who uses gmail and an Apple phone says hers is working fine.

Same issue.  Mine works at least if I use mobile data ONLY.  It stopped working on wifi with the app update.

Maybe that's a temp workaround for now.

Nevermind.  It only worked six times.
