All of a sudden my FitbitBlaze screen is black, but the charge lights on the back are flashing green. All the while in the middle of a yearly 100 day step program.
I have exactly the same issue today. it turned off all of sudden. I tried to reset it , it worked for few minutes and then same issue. Maybe a bug or update occured the issue?
I called FitBit, she had me to plug it into my computer after trying to reset it didnt help. I'm glad it came back to life, I missed out on previous steps!Hope urs is functioning properly, as well.
