Best AnswerYes, I've followed the syncing procedure. I even tried to sync it with my boyfriend's new Moto G6 phone. I'm not getting any error messages, the phone just gets stuck on the "Connecting.." screen after entering the 4 digit code that appears on the FitBit. If you would like a screenshot of that, I can provide it this afternoon.
