Blaze Feedback

I just received my second blaze (I will go into the first one, shortly).

I found it interesting that, the Galaxy Note 5 us an "unsupported" device. I hope fitbit can launch an update to allow the blaze and Galaxy Note 5 to be friends.

Anyway, I have had a blast trying to get notifications to get going on my Galaxy note 5. If any of you need help with yours, let me know -- I can lend a hand, as I figured out some quirks to get it going.

Sadly, upon picking up my pre-order yesterday, my new blaze broke. See, the button on the housing unit, the left and only button -- popped off. No idea how, and I have been very careful taking it out of the housing unit. Though, I have been satisfied with the blaze for the most part. More importantly, I did get an opportunity to exchange it at my local best buy today for my second blaze.

I must admit, I find the charging capability to be the worst part of this device. Having to take out the little unit, and pop it into a "cradle" is the biggest pain in the toosh. Hopefully a blaze 2 or something will come out, and or a better charger to help eliminate the charging (I have no idea who came up with the design, but it's silly).

Otherwise, I am enjoying the device so far. I'd like to recommend allowing incoming texts to be spaced apart better. I notice that if I receive texts one after another, they bunch up as "2 messages" and it will show who, but I cannot read them unless I take my phone out to read them. Likewise, if one comes in, and my device picks it up-- that's no big deal, I can read it just fine.

Also, any updates in the future with other, possible watch faces would be neat, too. I hope you all are enjoying your new Blazes'.

A warm welcome to the Forums @Veganrichy. Thank you for you feedback regarding the Fitbit Blaze and for sharing that you discovered a way to make your tracker work with your Note 5 even when it is not a compatible phone (our team still testing the compatibility of it). I hope that you are enjoying your Blaze as much as I do.

I had mine for 2 weeks now and can't see I have real problems I love when I get my goal and the colours flash up like fire works on your wrist. I think they should make an additional charging model. If the battery lasted 10 days it wouldn't be such an issue.

Also think they could dress the incoming notifications up a bit better and add a weather option maybe even connect it through bluetooth.

I need help getting my text messages to show up on my fitbit.  I saw that you wrote the Samsung note 5 is not compatible, which just happens to be what I have. please say there is a way around this!
