Blaze Heart Rate is not working and not syncing properly

Syncing problem, 💓 rate not showing,not getting notification, green led not working and the big problem is not getting any technical support team response...

Hi there @Anilp. let me step in, but not before giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are experiencing your heart rate sensor is not working and you are experiencing syncing issues too.

 

Please give it a try to the instructions of the following post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this) and include a restart in the process to address the issue of the hear rate. For details about a restart the following post will guide you through.
