I have a ZTE AXon 7 and want to use Mobile Track for those times when I'm charging my tracker or I forget it at home. My phone has been out for about a year and is not on the supported list. I'm wondering if it will ever have Mobile Track added to it. My phone has the option to turn on pedometer, so it can obviously sense motion. Are there any plans to add Mobile Track to this phone?

Hello @E3verson, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! As you have mentioned, this model of mobile phone is not listed as compatible. When a device is not found in our list, it will mean still is being under test or it will not be supported by the Fitbit app at all. However as moderators, we do not have this information available to share until a devices is published as compatible, with the sole purpose of not creating false expectations among our users if is determined a devices is not supported.
Regarding MobileTrack it will depend, since not all the compatible mobile devices are able to run this feature. The easiest way to know this, is to access to your Account tab in the upper right corner of the screen and select the option "+ Set Up a Device". If you see the option of MobileTrack among the type of trackers to set up, then it will mean your phone is able to support this feature.
The other day I had a similar conversation with other user, in the conversation came out the idea of using the pedometer of your own phone while you don't have your tracker, to have a more accurate average of your exercise details and with that data you can create a manual entry on your Fitbit Dashboard to have a more precise log in your exercise history. Perhaps this is a good alternative while we work to improve this experience.
See you later and stay tuned to the Fitbit Community for more questions.
