Blaze New Message instead of text content

Previously my Blaze alerts me that a new text has come in and shows me the content of that message.  Since yesterday instead of showing me the content it only shows me "New Message"  I have a simple Samsung Galaxy Core Prime phone.   Please help, I am useless at this technology stuff!!

Welcome to the Community @Bob70. If you are not longer seeing the content of your text messages, I recommend clearing the notifications by pressing the lower right button of the tracker, slide down, and tap "clear all". After clearing the notifications, Restart your Blaze.

Hi Alejandra, Thanks for the suggestion. I did as you said but it has not resolved the issue. Any other ideas.  Much appreciated

@Bob70 Try making the default "Messages" app your default text messaging app and then turning on the "Preview Message" option in the "Settings" menu as outlined here. Once you've done that, don't forget to set "Messages" as the default text notification app in your Fitbit App settings as well. Let me know how that goes.
