Blaze Synced but steps did not reset at midnight

Having issues with my Blaze and Syncing the information.  Using Android and the sync appears to work yet I have 2 days worth of steps combined into 1 day.  Any ideas what maybe causing this?

Hello @rob-gor, it's nice to see you again! Perhaps your steps did not reset at midnight passing the information to the next day. Have you noticed if this issue persists on a daily basis?

 

Unfortunately when this happen there is no workaround to correct your steps and most of the times is an error in the internal software of the tracker which is not very common.

 

If the issue persists review your timezone settings are correct. For more help about this, take a look at this post.

 

Only in case is require you can also try a restart: 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
